You will need to create four separate library accounts.
Your I-Share account allows you to request books from other I-Share libraries and have them sent here or pick them up at any other I-Share library close to your home. Click the link to create your I-Share account. Then click Create New Account. Your Borrower ID is your Trinity ID number. You will use this account also to see what items you have checked out here or at another I-Share library and renew those.
Worldshare is our system for placing interlibrary loan requests for journal articles (which we do not have in print or online), books (which cannot be obtained from I-Share), or other items not available here or through I-Share. Click the link to create your WorldShare account. Then click on First Time Users. Scroll to the bottom of the acknowledgment page and accept the terms. Complete and submit the registration form.
3. Ebook Central
Ebook Central is one of our ebook systems and you will need to create an Ebook Central account to be able to download from these titles and store any notes or bookmarks you add. Click the link to create your Ebook Central account.
EBSCO is another of our e-book systems and you will need to have an EBSCOhost account to be able to check out these titles. When in Ebsco, click on "log in" in the upper right corner. Then click Create a New Account. You will need Adobe Digital Editions installed as well before downloading an EBSCO e-book.
Faculty can set up their student and grad assistants as proxies, which means the students can check out books and request items from other libraries for them.
1. Checking out from Rolfing Library
Fill out the Proxy Authorization Form to enable the students to check out books under your account.
2. Requesting through I-Share
The student can create their own username and password that is linked to the faculty member's account. Just fill out the "Create New Account" form. The student puts their information in the top portion (including a username and password of their choice). The faculty member's ID number and last name go under the "Library Catalog Profile."
3. WorlsShare requests (WorldCat and article requests)
Unfortunately, WorldShare users are unable to create proxy accounts at this time. All requests must be placed using the faculty or staff member's personal account.
