How to Log into Library Services

 

  1. On the Rolfing Library Login Page, choose TIU Users if you are a current TIU student, faculty, or staff member. Otherwise, choose Alumni & visitors.
    • If you are a TIU alumnus or visitor and have not yet done so, you will need to sign up for a courtesy account before you can access library services. (See below for more information.)  
       
  2. On the Microsoft sign-in page, enter your full TIU email address including @tiu.edu (e.g., zjsmith@tiu.edu).

 

 

Note: When you are logged into any TIU service (e.g., TIU email, myTIU, Canvas), you will be automatically logged into library services. You may need to choose between different Google accounts during your initial login, so be sure to use your TIU account.

Getting an error message?

  • If you are getting an error message like the one below, you probably used a non-Trinity google account to login.
  • If your browser keeps going to this error message, try clearing your cache or cookies in your browser. Or you could try using an incognito tab or a different browser (like Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox).
  • When you log in again, be sure to use your TIU account.
  • To prevent the issue in the future, you can set up separate Chrome profiles for your personal and TIU accounts.

Signing Out

Signing Out

  • You are signing out of the Library's OpenAthens service.
  • You may still be logged into other campus services which will retain your login to Library resources.
  • If you were using a public computer, please clear your credentials completely by
  1. Clearing you browser cache
  2. Close all browser windows
