How to Log into Your Library Account

1. When you get to the Google sign-in page, enter your full TIU email address including @tiu.edu (e.g. zjsmith@tiu.edu), unless the @tiu.edu suffix is already in the form. Do not use a different Gmail account than your TIU account.

2. You will next be prompted for a password. Use your MyTIU password.

Note: When you are logged into any TIU service (e.g. TIU email, myTIU, Moodle), you will be automatically logged into library services, as well. During your initial login, you may be given the option of choosing between different Google accounts -- be sure to use your TIU login.

Other TIU Login Issues:

• If you haven't yet received a TIU username and password, call IT Services at 847-317-8175 or email ithelpdesk@tiu.edu.
• To change your password, go to password.tiu.edu.

Initial Login

• Before you try to log into the library site, email circ@tiu.edu or call 847-317-4015 to set up your credentials.
• You will be given the option to change your password when you log in the first time.

Subsequent Logins

• Be sure to select the option for "Alumni & Visitors" from the login page.

Databases, Ebooks, & Other Online Resources

• See the Alumni Page for online resources alumni can access.
• Visitors can only access online databases when they are on campus.
