You will have the option of paying Proquest to register your copyright with the U.S. Copyright Office. If you choose this option, you will be responsible for paying the $55.00 fee to Proquest as you finish your submission.

If you wish to order personal copies of your document you may do so at this point. You will pay for copies ordered at check-out.

The last step is to submit your document. After you do this, the appropriate administrator will review your submission for accuracy and completeness and then either contact you for corrections or approve your submission. You will receive an email once your submission is approved. You will pay only if you chose one of these options: open access, copyright registration, or buying personal copies.
