Borrowing

DVD & Blu-ray

  • 1 week checkout, with 2  renewals.

CD (music and CD audiobook)

  • 21 day checkout, with 2 renewals.

Audiobook Download

  • 7 or 14 day checkout, renewal possible if you add yourself to the wait list before the loan period is over, and no one is in line ahead of you.

Online Streaming

  • No checkout needed.

Interlibrary Loan

  • We do not loan any of our media collections through I-Share or WorldShare.
  • For information on borrowing from other libraries, check this page.

Who Can Use the Collections?

DVD, Blu-ray, CD

  • Available to anyone with a valid library card, who comes in to the library to check them out. They cannot be lent to patrons living at a distance who are not able to come into the library to check them out.

Downloadable Audiobooks

  • Available to anyone with a valid library card, no matter where they are located.

Streaming Film or Music

  • Available to current students, faculty, and staff--any patrons with a TIU username and password.
